Terms of service
Updated
These terms cover your use of Aurêve’s website, bracelet designer and customer accounts. Please read them alongside our privacy policy. For questions about the service, contact hello@aureve.sg.
Your account
Use an email address or sign-in account that belongs to you, provide accurate information, and keep your sign-in details secure. Please contact us if you believe someone has used your account without permission.
You can use Google sign-in where it is available. Google’s own terms also apply to your use of your Google account.
Designing and saving
The bracelet designer lets you arrange materials and save creations to your account. An unfinished design stored only in your browser can be lost if you clear browser data or change devices. Sign in and save it to keep it in My creations.
Saving a creation does not place an order, reserve stock or fix a price. Material availability and prices can change. A saved design may need updating before it can be made.
Photographs, colours, 3D previews and measurements help you design your bracelet. Natural stones and finished handmade bracelets can vary from their digital previews.
Your creations and shared links
You retain any rights you have in the original content you contribute. You allow Aurêve to store and display that content as needed to provide the features you use, and to prepare a bracelet if you order it.
If you choose to share a wish link, anyone with that link can view the shared creation. Please use names you are comfortable sharing and avoid including personal information. You can close an active wish from your account.
Orders and payments
Purchasing is available only when checkout is enabled. Review the design, price, delivery details and any purchase-specific terms before paying. Contact us about order changes, delivery or returns. These website terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Using the service responsibly
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, impersonate another person, access an account without permission, or interfere with the website’s operation or security. Use only content you have permission to share.
We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, a security issue or a legal requirement. If you believe your access has been restricted in error, contact us.
Privacy, account closure and changes
Our privacy policy explains how we handle account and creation information. You can request account closure or deletion by following our data deletion instructions.
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable during maintenance. Updates to these terms will be published here with a revised date; contact us if you have questions about a change.
